		<description><![CDATA[If we practise in this way, it will be true for us and we will get the benefits. If we do not practise in this way, it will not be true for us - we will miss out on the benefits.
Why would someone not practise in this way? maybe because it has not occurred to them, but also maybe because they cannot summon the necessary emotional /spiritual resources.
What to say to people who maybe understand the need intellectually, but cannot summon the resources inside to do this?
Something gentle? indirect?
Or to the point?
I don&#039;t know, maybe it depends on the individual.]]></description>
